In addition to setting up and expanding Make a Change Australia as a national not for profit that empowers communities all over Australia to create positive change, last year I embarked on a “little” project on the side with my husband Chris Corr.
This “little” project was the set up of a new socially conscious, environmentally friendly, innovative accommodation space for Bendigo called Stay Social.
We think it’s possible to create business with a conscious and Stay Social is our expression of doing this in practice – plus we love Bendigo and are committed to contributing to the growing vibrancy and providing opportunities for people to connect to each other and the local art, culture and business scene.
After many months of hard work, we were thrilled to launch Stay Social last week with many of our friends, colleagues and supporters there to help us celebrate.
