Pip Byrne, of CV Events, is just one of many Bendigo business leaders mentoring a Bendigo Social Change 101 students.

Social Change 101Bendigo is a program run by the School for Social Entrepreneurs and Make a Change Australia.

Mentoring is essential part of building capacity for social enterprise students, such as Tamara Marwood, of Create Business. “Working with Pip keeps me accountable and she connects me with new networks, that support my enterprise get off the ground.”

The mentoring relationship is about listening, being approachable and working together to identify ways to progress. We know from experience that both mentors and mentees can hope to gain a lot, including a fresh perspective, from their mentoring relationship.
