Outside the Square, is a community engagement tool that raises awareness and activates participation around a particular community challenge.
It involves bringing together local people to an event around a set theme and is facilitated with speakers, interactive discussion and peer to peer sharing.
Each event is hosted in an engaging and relaxing community space. The evening is buzzing with energy and full of people keen to make a difference in their community.
People come away with new inspiration, new connections and practical pathways to join with others and take action on addressing the particular challenge being discussed.
In the lead up to each event a comprehensive engagement process takes place to build momentum and encourage participation from a diverse range of groups and individuals.
