Personal Assistant for social entrepreneur Karen Corr
Karen Corr, social entrepreneur and community leader is looking for an energetic, reliable and driven person to be her right arm in the implementation and operations of her business and community driven initiatives.
Karen is the founder of Make a Change Australia, a social venture set up to assist people to make positive change in their community. She is also involved in many other initiatives including the creation and set up of an exciting new environmental and socially conscious shared accommodation space, the Central Victorian Greenhouse Alliance and the Bendigo Sustainability Group.
Karen requires someone to undertake administrative and logistical tasks for up to 10 hrs a week. This role is a growing role and is suitable for someone interested in a long term position.
Tasks required include:
- make phone calls
- organize logistics
- data entry
- email correspondence
- other associated administrative tasks
As Karen is continually juggling the balance with kids, home life and business, from time to time Karen will require assistance with this too.
The person must be:
- highly efficient
- highly competent in using a computer
- have good organization and communication skills
- have a current drivers licence and access to a car
- looking for an opportunity
The role is perfect for a person who enjoys supporting others, wants to be a part of positive outcomes, wants to learn and grow BUT most importantly is super flexible; can listen & take instructions; and is willing to do what it takes.
The person needs to be available for 4 hours per week with the flexibility to work up to 10 hours. The times and days to work can be negotiated and at times may need to be flexible.
Rate and terms of employment negotiable.
