Homes for Change – thanks and next steps

Thankyou to everyone that came along to the first conversation of the 2015 Outside the Square Active Spaces series on the topic of Homes for Change.

What a great night it was!

  • We brought together a diverse number of interested groups and individuals involved in addressing a variety of housing challenges.
     
  • We started a community conversation about the possibilities for new ways of designing, providing, adapting and living in houses now and in the future.
     
  • We activated participation in an ongoing group that works towards the uptake of innovative housing in Bendigo.

It is apparent this is a huge conversation, much bigger than we can address in 2 hours on a cold winters evening.

We are proposing the hosting of a “Let’s Nut it Out” 2 day event on Homes for the Future for anyone who came last night or anyone else who’s interested.
