Make a Change in collaboration with the Golden Square Action Group, are delivering an exciting new community activation initiative
Delivered locally throughout June & July, to:
- Hear from local people & organisations on their ideas for activating Golden Square
- Bring people together in a fun friendly format to: connect; share local opportunities; devise new projects & get people involved
The project aims to assist in longer term outcomes & aspirations such as:
- Increase sense of place to Golden Square as a suburb
- Improve amenity & services
- Strengthen collaboration across existing initiatives & organisations
- Create a stronger, more connected, inclusive & resilient community
- Develop healthy & vibrant liveable spaces & places
- Grow local contribution & support for community led solutions & initiatives
- Provide ongoing viability & sustainability of local groups & projects
