Auditing is a systematic, sometimes acute, review of our progress. It’s a practical process for checking in, determining what works, what doesn’t work, and what’s missing in the mix. It identifies where the gaps are and how to fill them. Auditing allows us to fine tune our systems and institute new approaches. It’s particularly relevant where we have defined goals and in ensuring that we achieve what we set out to do.

This Zoom Discussion is part of a series of eight sessions being held every Wednesday 10.30am – 12.00noon from 3rd February to 24th March 2021. Friendly, inclusive, facilitated discussions for not-for-profits, community groups, leaders, and anyone who wants to be more effective or make a positive impact!

Discussions will be hosted on Zoom at your place and ours. Early bird participants must arrive 5 mins prior to scheduled session start time. Waiting list participants will be welcomed just prior to starting.
